1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt, order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel if the hygiene seal is broken or they’ve been tried on.

• Personalized or custom clothing.

• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

• Items that have been altered or customized.

3. Return Process

To return an item:

1. Reach out to contact@aysalstudios.com or initiate a return request through your online account.

2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

3. pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged, with all tags, labels, and the RMA number included, and ship it back to the return address provided.
